Rigorous Testing Standards
We perform 10 standardized tests on every production batch across our barware and drinkware range — key tests are listed below.
Dimensions Test (Precision Control)
Using high-precision calipers and gauges to verify that every diameter, height, and curve aligns perfectly with the technical drawings (Tolerance ±0.1mm), ensuring seamless assembly of multi-part barware.
Thickness Test (Structural Integrity)
Thickness gauges are used to ensure the stainless steel walls meet the specified gauge (e.g., 0.6mm, 0.7mm, or 0.8mm) consistently across the entire body to prevent weak spots or deformation.
Weight Test (Material Density)
Every batch is sampled for weight consistency using electronic precision scales. This ensures the correct amount of raw material was used, reflecting the premium "hand-feel" and durability our clients expect.
Dishwasher Test (Commercial Durability)
Products undergo 50+ high-temperature industrial dishwasher cycles to ensure that the surface finish, whether mirror-polished or color-coated, remains intact without fading or spotting.
Tape Test (Coating Adhesion)
A cross-hatch tape test is performed on all electroplated or painted surfaces. By applying and removing specialized pressure-sensitive tape, we guarantee that the logo and color coating have zero peeling or flaking.
